Frequently asked questions
Scheduling a session is easy and confidential. You can use the scheduling link on this page to select a session of your choice, and we’ll find a convenient time for your initial session. Your privacy and comfort are my top priorities, so rest assured that our communication will be discreet and secure.
During our initial session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding your unique needs and goals. It’s a safe space to share your experiences, concerns, and questions. Together, we’ll discuss the process, set expectations, and outline a personalized plan for your trauma recovery journey.
Sessions typically last about 50-60 minutes, but the duration can vary based on your preferences and needs. The frequency of sessions depends on your individual progress and goals, which we’ll establish together. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others prefer a different schedule. We’ll work collaboratively to determine what works best for you.
I understand that cost is an important consideration. My fees are based on the services provided, and I strive to make therapy accessible to as many individuals as possible. Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, preferably HSA. Please feel free to contact me for specific pricing details and any financial concerns you may have, as I’m committed to finding solutions that work for you.
Making sure that we’re a good fit is essential for a successful therapeutic journey. You are encouraged to book a 60-minute (Soul Tank) introductory call over the phone to help us both assess if we are a good match. During this call, we can get to know each other better, discuss your concerns, and explore how my approach aligns with your needs and expectations. This introductory call is designed to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in choosing to work with me on your path to healing and recovery.
